Aazaom Lee (Food House)

Our little kitchen primarily caters to guests staying at our cottages. However, If you would like to only dine with us, or spend an evening with bonfire and/or barbecue, we cater to groups of 20 or as per availability with 24-hour Advance Booking. Kindly check our 'Only Dine Terms'.

All our rooms are equipped with a Water Jug, an Electric Kettle, two Water glasses and coffee mugs with tea and coffee kits. 

Meals are not allowed inside the rooms since the cottages are built with natural materials. You may request for meals in the verandah / open area / private outdoor area. We invite you to dine at our Rooftop Dining Area with the view of the main peak of the Kanchenjunga, sacred to the Rong people (known as Lepcha). 

Our Kitchen caters humbly to Indian, Chinese & Continental tastes and introduces you to our local cuisine with mostly fresh/ pickled/ fermented seasonal local produce from small time farmers in the surrounding villages and also from our Kitchen garden called ᰓᰧᰑᰩᰵ ᰡᰧᰵᰶ Beefaong Sying

We would like to disclose that we dry and cook home-bred meats in the same kitchen, but taking extra care to keep it away from all vegetarian cooking processes.

Do let us know if you would meals and your preferences so that we can make all the necessary arrangements beforehand. We do not have a menu but customise meals for you at a flat rate per meal per person.

The Kitchen is open according to the following timings:

Breakfast: 8am to 10am

Snacks: 12pm to 9pm

Lunch: 12pm to 2pm (On Order by 10am)

Dinner: 7pm to 9pm (On Order by 2pm)
