The Kitchen is open according to the following timings:

Lunch : 12:30 PM - 2 PM (last order 10 AM)

Beverages & Snacks : 10 AM - 9 PM (30 min advance order)

Bonfire & Grill: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (last order by 4 PM - depending on weather)

Dinner : 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM (last order by 4 PM)

Breakfast : 8 AM - 10 AM (last order 10 PM of the previous night)

Dining Spaces

We invite you to dine at our Terrace Dining Area with the view of the main peak of the Kanchenjunga, sacred to the Rong people (known as Lepcha) & Indoor Dining in our Traditional Kitchen that opens up into the Bonfire area. Meals are not allowed inside the rooms since the cottages are built with natural materials and we would like to keep pests away.

Cuisine

Our Kitchens caters to local cuisine and humbly to Indian, Chinese & Continental tastes with mostly fresh/ pickled/ fermented seasonal local produce from small time farmers in the surrounding villages and also from our Kitchen garden called ᰎᰩᰵ ᰡᰧᰵᰶ Paong Sying

We would like to disclose that we dry and cook meats in the same kitchen, but taking extra care to keep it away from all vegetarian cooking processes.
