Virgil Vihaan Sequeira has over 18 years of experience teaching all age groups & performing with various kinds of ensembles in Mumbai, Darjeeling Hills and Internationally as a Music & Drama Educator, Choral & Orchestral Conductor, Composer & Arranger, Development Sector Work (Non Profit Strategy, 21st Century & Life Skills Training, Teacher Training, School Leadership & Team Building) and Entrepreneurship (Art Mile Kalimpong, an eco-cultural resort & an arts organisation).
He originally hails from Mumbai but has been associated with the Hills for over 15 years and permanently moved to Kalimpong 7 years ago. He has his way with teaching at the level of the learner, making them own their learning process, connecting to the everyday, culture and the globe as well as explaining concepts using the Nepali language to ensure that students connect personally and express their emotions honestly.
Virgil has a lot to share but, he is a learner. As he works on multiple projects with many collaborators, he is focussed on creating value and lasting impact in the local & global community.
